Browns Season Starts Tonight

The Cleveland Browns and New York Jets kickoff their 2008 pre-season campaigns when the 2 teams meet Thursday night at 7:30 P.M. in Cleveland. The Browns are looking to build on a 2007 season that saw them go 10-6, but fall short of the playoffs. The Jets has a dismal 2007 campaign finishing 4-12, but have made some huge off-season acquisitions, most notably their trade Wednesday night for future Hall of Fame QB Brett Favre.
