DATELINE BEREA: With the Cleveland Browns finally chalking up their first win in the 2008 NFL season in this their fourth regular season game, some fans are already looking ahead to the 2009 season. And what has been the biggest day of the year for Clevelanders since the expansion Browns of 1999 were reborn? You guessed it, DRAFT DAY!
